How does billing work?
All GFREQ subscriptions are billed through Whop. Monthly plans renew automatically each month. 3-month plans renew every 3 months at a 15% discount. You can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Whop accepts credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency. Payment options may vary by region.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact the GFREQ team in Discord within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Manage your plan through the Whop dashboard.
What happens if my payment fails?
Whop will retry the payment a few times. If the payment continues to fail, your subscription will be paused and algo access will be revoked until payment is resolved. Update your payment method in the Whop dashboard.
Is NinjaSync included with my algo plan?
Yes. All GFREQ Algo plans (Starter, Pro, Elite) include NinjaSync at no additional cost. You can download it from the member portal after subscribing.
Do I need a paid TradingView plan?
Yes, for automated execution. Webhook alerts require a paid TradingView plan (Pro, Pro+, or Premium). You can view and backtest the algos on the free TradingView plan, but you cannot fire webhook alerts without a paid plan.
